Digital Services Refund Eligibility

  • Web Design & Development: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of project initiation if no substantial work has been completed. After work has begun, refunds will be prorated based on work completed.
  • Digital Marketing Services: Refunds are not typically available for services already rendered, but you may cancel future months of service with 30 days notice.
  • One-time Services (e.g., SEO Audit): No refunds are available once the service has been delivered.
  • Subscription Services: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds are provided for the current billing period.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services already performed or work completed
  • Custom development work that has been specifically created for your project
  • Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting fees, software licenses, etc.)
  • Any setup fees that were disclosed prior to purchase

How to Request a Refund

  • Order number or invoice reference
  • Reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days.

If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us first to attempt to resolve the issue. Many concerns can be resolved through communication and adjustment of services.

If we cannot resolve your concern satisfactorily, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances and our refund policy guidelines.
